1. Are there any membership fees to join the FSKL?
· At the present time there are no fees to become a member of the FSKL. However, as the league grows and expenses increase, a fee might be implemented.
2. Do I have to attend my region’s training facility for seminars?
· Regions were created and headquarter schools/ training centers were put in place in order to make attending seminars easier on you. However, you can attend whatever regional training center is closer to you, as long as your attendance is marked at that center.
3. What types of seminars are offered?
· FSKL offers trainings for referee/judges to improve upon your skills and proficiency in the ring. As well as, seminars for athletes who wish to better their kata and kumite.
4. How do I register to become a member of FSKL?
· Use the navigation bar at the top to get to the “registration link”. There you can register your dojo, as a volunteer, a medical staff and/or a referee.
5. As a member, what are the requirements to remain in good standing with the league?
· As a dojo, participation in at least three (3) tournaments per year.
· As an athlete, attend two (2) seminars.
· As a volunteer or Referee/Judge you should attend two (2) training seminars as well as work in a minimum of three (3) events.
