FSKL is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and caring environment where students can learn, grow, and thrive with confidence.

Medical Services

Our school nurses support students with health concerns, first aid needs, and wellbeing-related situations within their professional scope.

When needed, they refer students to the nearest school hospital, monitor their health, and keep parents informed throughout. In line with the School Development Plan, they also deliver ongoing health education in partnership with teachers, institutional partners, and external professionals.

Their role is built on one commitment: supporting every student's wellbeing, in full respect of professional confidentiality and each family's trust.

Health & Vaccination Records

To ensure the wellbeing and safety of all students, families are asked to provide updated health and medical information during the admissions process.

Safety Protocols

FSKL places student safety and wellbeing at the core of campus life. Our safety framework combines controlled access, active supervision, safeguarding policies, and emergency preparedness to maintain a secure and supportive learning environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Our safety measures include:

  • CCTV monitoring operating continuously across all campus areas

  • Controlled access at all entry and exit points , no unauthorised access permitted

  • Mandatory visitor registration and accompanied access at all times

  • Full staff supervision during school hours, breaks, and extracurricular activities

  • Regular emergency drills covering fire, evacuation, lockdown, and medical response

  • Safeguarding policies aligned with international standards, with a dedicated trained team on campus

EMERGENCY PREPARATION

Safety Drills & Emergency Procedures

We conduct regular safety drills and emergency preparedness exercises to ensure students, staff, and visitors can respond quickly, calmly, and effectively in the event of an emergency.

Drills include:

  • Fire evacuation drills

  • Lockdown and intruder response drills

  • Emergency communication procedures

  • Assembly point and campus evacuation protocols

  • Staff emergency response coordination

  • First-aid and incident response preparedness

Safety exercises are carried out periodically throughout the academic year to reinforce awareness, preparedness, and coordinated response across the entire school community.
